Base HREF

UPDATE! Base HREF tags have been "depricated" in recent HTML standards - meaning that they're not completely outlawed currently (HTML 4.0.1), but that they will likely be outlawed in some upcoming HTML standard.

For this reason and the fact that our new servers have a revised hierarchy which removes the primary problem that we addressed with Base HREFs, Sustainable Sources no longer recommends the use of the Base HREF tag.
