WWAT: List submission

Hello,
My name is Jacques Marmen, I am with my partner Melissa Roy, and her son,
Oasis.
We are looking to find an opportunity for the next coming year/ years
perhaps, in getting more experience in cob, natural building of all kinds,
permaculture, and general life sustaining arts.l
I have basic gardening experience, have been working construction for the
last couple years, have worked 3 weeks on a cob cottage on Quadra Island,
and am currently reading alot, experimenting with gardening, here in Surrey,
BC. I have lots of labor work experience, and am also a painter and
musician; I am not afraid of hard work, have a keen eye for detail, and am
very creative. We are all from New Brunswick, and are willing to relocate
anywhere which works out. I am billingual, and actually a good amount of
office experience as well, from administrative assistant to shop manager. I
am seeing always more the lack of satisfaction and the sadness i feel when
living in a way which I do not see as loving or good, and am searching for
ways which I can change this. I am looking to find either paid or voluntary
work where i can learn/practice any skills related to any fields of
sustainability.
The situation I am looking for is one which would accomodate me and my
partner and her child- a 1 1/2 year old boy, and she, a midwive with a good
amount of basic carpentry experience. I look forward to all the
possibilities ahead!
