WWAT: Looking for worktrade in California

Hi,I'm a professional gardener, permaculturalist and natural builder (cob) from British Columbia travelling California looking to further my skills.  I have been working in various garden/farm settings the last four years, from upscale retreat center to small-time hobby and wwoofing farms.  I'm super keen to expand my building skills after having spent a month last winter in Baja building a house for a Mexican family.Ideally I'd like to find a scenario that includes room and board as a worktrade.  I'm travelling with my 10.5 month old dog Sola, so pets must be accepted. Looking forward to hearing any replies.Heidi
