 Steve if you find out, please let me know.? I did a contest with my students, and some Latin American students in which they researched how to purify water.? They sent a great proposal from Bolivia.? It would be great to use the Gaviotas technology in many places in Latin America.? Afterwards we did a video conference with students in Nicaragua, about water purification.? The students are elementary students, but they were very excited to talk to other students about helping their communities.?

Gaviotas does not have email or a website, and letters from overseas are not 
answered. Given the previous statement, would you have any idea how information 
(blueprints or assembly manuals) might be obtained to build (strictly for my own 
use) Gaviotas designed and public domain items such as:.

water pumps -  windmills  -  a high pressure solar cooker - methane burners  -  
hot-water solar panels 

parabolic solar grain driers  - self-cooling rooftops -  cooling wind corridors 
-  corkscrewing manual well digger 

variety of highly efficient and durable windmills 

specialized bicycle for the Llanos -  pedal powered cassava grinder (10 hours 
work done in 1 hour) 

rotating drum peanut sheller -  ox-drawn land graders  - one-handed sugarcane 
press
